Programme Governance
The Cross Agency Advisory Group provides additional programme advice and advocacy for social enterprise across Government. This group is led by the Department of Internal Affairs and includes members from a wide range of government agencies including the The Treasury, the Ministry of Primary Industries, the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE), Te Puni Kōkiri, the Ministry of Social Development and the Ministry for the Environment, among others.
A programme Governance Group consisting of senior members from the Department of Internal Affairs and Ākina, provides additional governance advice. The Minister for the Community and Voluntary Sector, Hon Poto Williams, is the Minister responsible for the programme.
